PoliciesPaymentAt this time we accept Cash, Check and Money Orders. Student and Military discounts are available.
Missed Sessions / Rescheduling We need at least 24 hour notice for a cancellation or rescheduled appointment. We understand how busy schedules can be, but unfortunately clients making cancellations, missing appointments or rescheduling on the same day as the appointment will be charged for the time scheduled for that day. We would be unable to utilize that time to schedule in another client upon such short notice. No exceptions. This is being done to ensure that our appointment times are used appropriately for everyone involved. Many clients need to wait 1-2 weeks to come in. If we are given enough advance notice, then we are able to schedule our clients more efficiently.

Privacy The Hypnosis Energy Center will not share your information with any outside parties. We will never, ever give your email address or any other information to anyone. Ever. Sessions are private, client-centered and absolutely confidential.
Shipping We can ship to nearly every destination in the world. We do not ship to PO Boxes in the US or Canada, so please put in a valid street address. We cannot track postal shipments and prefer UPS.
Delivery When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
Returns You may return any products within SIX Months of the purchase date. Product must include all original materials and the ORIGINAL invoice for refund. We will only refund to the original credit card that made the purchase. If you do not have the invoice, or no longer use the credit card that you made the purchase with, we will give you a credit. We do NOT refund the cost of shipping.
